General TVL of liquid staking protocols reached $17.81 billion, surpassing for the first time DEX. This is evidenced by the data DeFi Llama.
Liquidity volumes in Lido, Rocket Pool, and Frax Ether have increased by 10.54%, 25.13%, and 36.45%, respectively, over the past month. This indicates an increase in interest in staking after the activation of Shapella.
According to the data Token Unlocks, in total, 17.55 million ETH ($33.42 billion) are involved in staking. Over the past 24 hours, 88,740 ETH was deposited to a deposit contract, 30,920 ETH was withdrawn, and the net balance was 57,820 ETH ($106.41 million).
A slower withdrawal rate could be moderately bullish for the price of Ethereum due to the slowdown in the growth of the active supply of coins in the market.
Over the past day, the price of ether has increased by 2%. The asset is trading around $1900.
